New Image Hair Salon has relaxed our mask wearing policy. If you are comfortable, you’re no longer required to wear a mask while in the salon. We respect those who prefer to wear a mask.
We continue to be vigilant about all procedures and protocols to keep the spreading of germs as minimal as possible. If you think you may be getting ill, have been ill recently, or have a cough or nasal congestion, please reschedule your appointment
We are aware of the need for social distancing and allowing appropriate time for your scheduled appointments..We will continue to limit occupancy by continuing to have guests either wait outside or in our outside sitting area.
At this time we will not be taking new clients.

We are so very excited that we will be returning to work on June 2, 2020. YEAH.
I have been busy planning, planning and planning for this time.
I have listened to all the officials and spoken to colleagues about different concerns and adaptations that need to be made. The guidelines are clearly understandable. Many of them are going to take some adjusting and patience from everyone.
To ensure the safety of our employees, clients and the community the following practices will be implemented.
All customers will be asked to wait in your cars until you are notified that it is your turn to come in.
You will be greeted in the entryway with a list of questions for review. By entering the salon you will be obligated to your answers. If we have any concerns about your exposer you could be asked to reschedule. Everyone must wear a mask.
There will be no magazine or beverage services. Cell phones will be allowed on silent mode. No personal calls should be conducted while in the salon.
All transactions should be either by credit card or check.
There will be no cash tips accepted at the front desk or change supplied. Envelopes will be supplied but you will need to either hand them to the stylist. I am investigating electronic tipping options for your convenience. I will keep you posted on that.
We will be suppling you with disposable capes for your protection. Be mindful that the fit could be less that perfect. While we will do our best to protect your clothing but accidents are bound to happen. Please don’t wear tops that could get stained.
Please no talking at the shampoo bowls for the protection of everyone around you.
Only bring essentials personal items such as keys money, cellphones etc. into the salon. All coats and jackets should be left in the car or held on your lap.
All phones must be on silent and there should be no talking on the phone.
The online booking and confirmation service is temporarily disabled.
Lastly, all appointments should be considered cancelled until you hear from us. The enormity of rescheduling everyone is overwhelming. We look forward to getting everyone an appointment. It’s just going to take time and patience.
