Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
We take great care to provide our clients with superior service, which is reflected by our popular demand. As a courtesy to other clients, all services must conclude at their scheduled finishing times, and may not be extended due to late arrival. If there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, as is industry standard.
